Domestic Shipping Rates -
$6.00 Standard: 3-4 business days
$12.00 Express: 1-2 business days
International Shipping Rates:
Rates will vary and be calculated at checkout.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being shipped.
Please double check your shipping address. Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our reshipment along with providing an updated address.
Shipping Policy
If your package is lost in transit, please email us at hello@sweetelmsboutique.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located, we will reship your items and if they are not available, we will refund you for your order. USPS and UPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.
We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. If items are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
