Return Policy

We hope that you love everything you purchase from Sweet Elms, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Returns will be eligible for a STORE GIFT CARD ONLY if returned within 7 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will no longer be eligible for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED!

Your items will NOT be accepted if:

-      It has been more than 7 days since you received your order

-      Item(s) was on sale

-      Item(s) was final sale (ALL SWIMWEAR)

-      Item(s) does not have tags attached

-      Item(s) was not in its original condition (makeup or deodorant stains, cigarette smell, perfume, dog hair, or stains)

 

Return Instructions:

Please send an email to hello@sweetelmsboutique.com with the following information:

-      Name

-      Order Number

-      The item you are returning

-      Reason for returning

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Be sure to securely package it to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Once we receive your return, please allow 4-5 days for us to process your return. Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card for Sweet Elms. The gift card will be issued for the full purchase amount of the returned item(s) and sent to the email address associated with your original purchase. The gift card has no expiration date and can be used for multiple transactions until the full amount is utilized. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds or refunds to original payment methods.

 

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within TWO days of receiving your order. Please email us at hello@sweetelmsboutique.com and send photos of any damage.

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damage.
